Seoul Rahel Women’s Clinic, a fertility-specialized medical institution, and Kai Health, an AI company in infertility care, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on a fertility platform initiative.

The two organizations plan to develop a fertility platform that includes an infertility AI solution and fertility (reproductive health) enhancement services to help improve treatment success rates. They also intend to conduct clinical validation (real-world clinical demonstration) of Kai Health’s AI model for embryo selection.

Hee-seon Lee, Medical Director of Seoul Rahel Women’s Clinic, said, “Rahel has been at the forefront of proactively introducing innovative technologies to address infertility,” adding, “Through this agreement, I hope more infertility couples will be able to welcome new life.”

Hyejun Lee, CEO of Kai Health, said that infertility has already surpassed the population giving birth, and that as marriage and childbirth continue to be delayed, infertility will keep rising. She added that through this partnership, Kai Health aims to improve fertility treatment success rates and contribute to addressing the low birth rate challenge.
