Kai Health, an AI company specializing in infertility care, announced that it participated in ISAR 2026, the annual conference of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction, held in Ahmedabad, India, from February 20 to 22.

At the conference, which drew a large number of obstetricians, fertility specialists, embryologists, and industry professionals from across India, the company operated an exhibition booth and introduced its AI-based embryo analysis software, Vita Embryo.

Having stepped up its efforts to expand into the Indian market since last year, Kai Health previously signed a supply agreement with Nova IVF Fertility, one of India’s largest fertility clinic networks. Building on this and other collaborations with local medical institutions, the company plans to gradually broaden the adoption of Vita Embryo across the market.

Kai Health stated, “We are currently supplying our product to around 100 hospitals in India. Given the market structure in India, where large fertility clinic networks are common, there is strong demand for standardized evaluation criteria and operational processes across sites. Based on the positive market response, discussions around Vita Embryo adoption are continuing actively.”

Vita Embryo is an AI software solution that analyzes Day 5 embryo images and provides quantitative information that clinicians can use as a reference, supporting decision-making during embryo evaluation and selection. The company added that it is continuing to advance the technology by taking a more detailed and quantitative approach to analyzing key embryo regions, with the goal of establishing more consistent standards in embryo assessment.
